Not about Knitting or Dogs

This post is for my Dad and others who requested photos of our remodeling project, which (mostly) involved moving a door to create a nicer entrance to the back yard.

As the above photo shows, the outside is mostly finished. Below is a close-up of the new French doors. You can also see planks for the new wood floor which were laid out over the weekend to acclimate to the space.

We left the brick wall exposed, which (long before we moved in) used to be an exterior wall. It's hard to see in this photo, but the bricks create a cool effect. I couldn't really take pictures of the inside without stepping all over the flooring; I'll post more once I can walk around again in there.
